Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience with 1StopConEd.com. That’s why every student has a right to a full refund of all charges paid for a specific continuing education course when all of the following conditions have been met:
Credit card payments will be credited to the account used for payment. All other refunds will be issued to the student by check and are mailed to the student’s address on record.
Registraion Information/Access To This Website
To purchase and complete real estate con ed courses provided by 1 Stop ConEd LLC on this website, you will need to register as a student. In order to provide you with credit for completing an online continuing education course, the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs requires that we collect and maintain the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, last four digits of Social Security number, and Michigan real estate license number. Most of this information is collected when you complete our new student/customer registration form; the remaining information is collected when you submit your quiz answers to us. This information is required to process your continuing education credit and in order for us to provide you with important communications.
It is a condition of your use of this website that all the information you provide will be correct, current, and complete. You also agree to promptly update your information with any changes. If 1 Stop ConEd LLC believes the information you provide is not correct, current, or complete, 1 Stop ConEd LLC has the right to refuse you access to this website or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time.
Email Communications
When you make a purchase on our website, you are communicating with us electronically. Once you do so, you consent to receive occasional emails from us relating to (1) Michigan real estate continuing education requirements and deadlines, (2) special offers and discounts on our Michigan real estate continuing education courses, and (3) special offers from 123 Mich Holding LLC, which is our Michigan real estate license holding company. Licensee Responsibility
1 Stop ConEd LLC is not responsible for determining each student or licensee’s individual needs to satisfy the State of Michigan’s real estate continuing education requirements. Each student and licensee is responsible for himself/herself, and it is his/her obligation alone to meet the State of Michigan’s requirements and deadlines. This specifically includes determining which courses satisfy the requirements of each licensing cycle, regardless of when courses are purchased or completed. This also includes determining if a specific real estate con ed course is a duplicate of a course that was previously completed in the same licensing cycle. 1 Stop ConEd LLC cannot be responsible for monitoring whether a student has purchased a duplicate course.

Modification of Terms
1 Stop ConEd LLC may revise or modify these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this User Agreement. The revised or modified terms will take effect when they are posted. Governing Law and Other Terms
Your use of www.1StopConEd.com shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Michigan. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Michigan in connection with any dispute between you and 1 Stop ConEd LLC arising out of this User Agreement, pertaining to the subject matter hereof, or your use of this website. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this website (including but not limited to the purchase of continuing education courses) shall be in the state courts located in Oakland County, Michigan. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the website (including but not limited to the purchase of continuing education courses) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
1 Stop ConEd LLC’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this User Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Additionally, neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of portions of this User Agreement.
If any part of this User Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter.
